Simply opening false paypal disputes saying there is a problem with the item he received. When we reach out to the buyer, he isn't responding so we are attempting to notify him here which sends an alert to his e-mail in a final effort to try to figure out why the buyer is disputing but has never mentioned a single problem to support or contacting us regarding any issues. Buyer posted these comments in his dispute. Buyer never contacted us through e-mail or through the website informing us the account was locked Buyer states he didn't receive the item (non receipt) but clearly says received the item and now it is locked in his notes here. If the buyers account is locked, he can just contact us and we can assist with him with this. It's an easy fix but as of now the buyer has not contacted us back and according to the SWGOH.GG login it shows he logged into the account on Tuesday so he is still accessing the game. .
