    Have you filed a PayPal Dispute? I noticed our system detected some unusual activity on his account and automatically suspended him. Has the seller responded back to you?

    Not as of yet. I've tried making contact thru both email address listed above with no success. Communication has been scarce and only thru this site.

    @andrew.k - 48 hours until ban from site if you don't respond and resolve this issue. We'll then instruct the buyer what to do next from there.

    @ibtomp - Why didn't you go through PlayerUp Middleman Services for this transaction?

    I tried and recommended that route from beginning. Seller resisted because it took too long. I was watching his previous transaction with divioo0 and looked to be going smoothly so I took the risk against my best judgement.

    Are you talking about the $100 payment due to you? As we cleared stated in your private conversation ticket, that transaction is pending and on hold until this dispute is resolved. You have to be out of your mind to think we will release that payment while you're currently trying to scam @ibtomp.
    • If you resolve this dispute, that payment will be released to you.
    • If you fail to reach a resolution with the buyer above, that payment will be refunded as we have no faith this transaction won't have further problems and will advise the buyer to void the entire transaction.
    The fact that you come on here not trying to resolve this dispute but rather express your concerns about the $100 balance due only shows us that you really have no intentions to resolve this. @Admin please review this and try to help the buyer out here if you can.

    PayPal denied refunding funds because item is not covered for protection fraud being an intangible item. So seller at this point still has not delivered account and has funds so unless he resolves this dispute should be considered a thief.

    The problem with what you are claiming is that you sent the money, it took almost a full week to come to my account, and then you tried to get your money refunded even before it was in my possession. This was not my fault that you sent the money and then before I receive it, you ask for a refund. This is why you did not receive the account. Now it is on you. I don't have the money because you decided to refund it, but PayPal does not cover that item.

    andrew.k you have 48 hours to refund ibtomp otherwise your transaction with divioo0 is cancelled and you'll receive no payment from Middleman. We'll then proceed with releasing your details and information and advise ibtomp what to do next to get this resolved without your cooperation.
