I have a limited Paypal account with £53 inside the wallet. The account is available to withdraw, however my card is banned off of Paypal so I can not add the card to withdraw the payment. It is UK account, so I assume you need a UK bank account to be able to withdraw the money. I have NOT tried to withdraw the money to an alternative bank card as the majority of my families bank cards are also blacklisted off of Paypal. I am either looking to sell the Paypal account, Payment by Paypal ONLY. Or swap it for a Fitbit of a high value. You will receive the account details once I have proof the Fitbit is on it's way to me. Once you have received the account details, the trade is done If you come across any problems at all, it is not my issue.
