Disclaimers:

• Old Gen RNGs were done on Emulator with the assistance of a RAM watch table or a lua script.
• Gale RNGs are not shiny. Only Colosseum mons can be shiny.
• If I RNG in Gen 6/7, I'll be using PokeCalc NTR to perform the manipulation.
