    I recently purchased Verified and my Button showed up. I changed my profile picture or whatever and it went away. Is this a common issue and how can I fix?

    The verification hasn't been approved yet. We need you to send an utility bill. Your specific birth certificate we can't accept. Normally verification isn't this difficult but I see that you're selling multiple accounts in multiple games and I also see you created multiple PlayerUp Accounts when our Terms of Service only allows for 1 account. Additionally, you're clearly using fake birthdates and emails.

    I'm merging all your accounts into 1. You may login with @Ixiled only. If you want your username changed, I'll grant an one time exception.

    If you create any additional PlayerUp Accounts, we will have to close all of them and you won't be allowed to use our site again as we're strict on an one account rule just like other companies.

    At the moment, I don't have any "Utility" bills under my name.
    I didn't really think the birthday mattered, as most websites it doesn't.
    (I addressed e-mail issue previously.)
    I can do without the Username change I suppose.
    Understood, I apologize on that part. Was High Risk on this account and it messed up a sale I was trying to do, so I just made a new account. Will never happen again.

    Even though I've purchased it twice now, can I just get the $20 refunded back into my PayPal since I am clearly not getting verified?
