    So today I had received a $60 vape in the mail today, and I went gave DirectVapor a phone call wondering where my package is. First of all the lady on the phone took like 5 minutes to find my account from my phone number and then she proceeds to tell me that I have to contact USPS about the situation and create an investigation. Anyone have any tips? Should I call them back in a couple more days or should I shoot them an email instead of calling? I have no clue what to do at this point.
