    I am looking to refund vans (just a $60 shoe lol,) but this would be my first refund, has anyone every done them?

    And do they ask for signature? (I plan on using I never got package excuse, and saying I don't need it anymore cause it was for a gift)

    Also plan on using PayPal :D    ​
