    I have a good insurance thanks to my credit card (VISA PREMIER) , my bank is going to refund me and pursue him wherever he is. BAN HIM 4 LIFE PLS

    Note it's only a temporarily credit though. If he rebuttals, he can win a dispute. This isn't always a solution here so dispute wisely. PayPal dislikes this but yes we would advise you to proceed with this if PayPal isn't assisting you and you have done everything in your power to resolve the issue. Note as well PayPal will be the one who likely takes the hit, not the seller. The seller may have already withdrawn the funds.

    We have suspended the user @miechal. If he wants to rebuttal this suspension and dispute, he can as I have tagged him to this conversation.

    Also note the user isn't Mexican, he is Italian.
