    Google have suspended using such accounts out of USA,even with VPN, its risky to buy and then find out you can't buy with them

    Not really, not even in the US, it's not possible, I'm in the US, bought an account 2 weeks ago that has over 275$ with a good deal, I didn't know it won't work till I tried it, poof , it didn't work, when I reached google support they said the account wasn't opened originally in USA and was linked with a fake visa card and fake home address
