    I would like a refund for the account I purchased a week ago. A 3 way conversation was never opened up and my order has sat in limbo. I'm extremely frustrated and would like my money back or this problem fixed immediately. I've requested help on this issue in multiple ways and have been met with nothing but automated responses and absolutely nothing has been done.
