URGENT HELP! DID I MESS UP?

    I refunded 1 box of Hollister Yesterday but they shipped a jacket the next day (so it came today morning at 10 am BST). Me being the greedy love you I am decided to go on live chat on Hollister and say that I didn't recieve the jacket but I got an item I was supposed to get yesterday instead. The rep said 'I will transfer you to the shipping and tracking team' I got scared so I automatically ended the live chat, then I tried again same thing the rep said so I said,' Shall I just wait another day to see if the Jacket will come' in which he replied, 'Yes you can but I am going to escalate it to the shipping team anyway'. I'm scared because she said 'escalate' like I am going to get love you by the shipping team. She said I will get an email from them within 3-5 days.

    So my question: 'Am I love you? or should I keep going along with my story?
    OR shall I say 'My family thought it'd be a good joke to swap my son's Hollister shirt with the jacket, I am all good now? thank you!'
