So I just had an investigation with Best Buy and UPS over an Ipad Pro 12.9" that I claimed was "never delivered". Rep said they were going to investigate and get back to me in 48 hours. Couple days later got an email that a refund was being processesed. Then a few days after the money hit my account, got a call from my local UPS confirming I never received the package. I stuck with my story and case was instantly closed. Now I was told after a carrier investigation you should wait a month until doing another refund that you know will go to investigation. Just trying to gather some input from others, thanks in advance!
