Tried to refund Zumiez worth a total of $200 and said only $50 worth of items came, they opened investigation and was closed a week later because UPS reported that the package was delivered succesfully and got an email later saying they can't do anything about it and the only way to resolve this issue is call UPS and dispute the results for my tracking number, the Zumiez rep reassures me telling me that 9/10 times the claim will come back in your favor" but what exactly happens during a UPS dispute? Do they knock on my door? Do they call me? Just want to be aware before I dispute.
