Refund Ralph Lauren, went with partial with Jacket missing from box, Rep said UPS are coming round to see how the loss could have happened that after 14 days ill be refunded (most likely) UPS are coming to do a "damage inspection" - I tore a hole in the side of the box and stomped on it. Does anyone have experience with it?
