While I was processing an order, I was notified by the seller that the account had already been sold. I completed the PayPal portion of the transaction, but had not clicked the complete transaction link, so I thought the transaction would not be processed. However, my PayPal account was charged for the full amount. I submitted a help ticket on Monday, and sent a message to middleman this morning but have had no response. Can someone please let me know how to get my refund?! I'd like to make sure I'm going to be refunded before trying to make another purchase. As an aside, the seller notified me that the other buyer fell through and the account is now available, however neither one of us know if this transaction will eventually go through or whether you're going to refund me.
