Resolved Unknown Buyer with no transaction history left a feedback

    5. Why Should The Feedback Be Removed

    We have no idea who this person is. He contacted us on Tuesday mentioning that he has purchased a service from us and wanted us to deliver his order. We asked for his order number and he quoted #42546069933 as his order number. Since we had no record of an active order with that number, we thought he had recently made a purchase and the record was not showing at that moment; we sincerely asked him to wait and told him that the order needed to be verified and we could not proceed until the 3-way conversation ticket had started.

    Now he leaves a fake feedback for a transaction that has not even started. The 2 reasons we have against this fake feedback is,
    • Even until today, we have checked our record and found no order with the number #42546069933 in our account. So as far as we know, this is a either a wrong order number or the Buyer he trying to scam us and he is a fraud
    • Maybe he did purchase a service and mistakenly gave a wrong order number. But even in that case, if it is taking too much time for his 3-way conversation to begin, it is not our fault. We are not delivering anyone anything outside the 3-way ticket. So he cannot leave a feedback for a trade that never even began.

    We are not going to take a feedback from someone just because he is facing delay in activating his order. We have ZERO control over this. Until the order starts, we are not held responsible for anything related to the payment.
