Dude, I'm going to make an unauthorized Paypal with an PlayerUp. Will this work if I only recently created an account, and made a few small purchases? My account pp is verif. Do I need to do this with VPN, or can it from another computer? If I pay by a tied bank card, and not from a Paypal account, will they refund my money? or will you need to contact the bank?
