Hi, its been a month since a sent a ticket about the cash out that has happened last month and im afraid i am not being attended coz of the reason that the cashout has been marked done. I would like to post here the original message. ---Hi, I just wanna clarify. I think there has been a mistake in the process of cashout. The buyer who bought my product, paid 400$ (DOLLARS) the amount i put in the sale of the product. It is even stated on the three way ticket that the amount 400$ is received. But then when the cashout ticket is made, it says 348$ was transferred to my wallet. I didnt realize that it was in $(DOLLARS) before because i thought it was converted into €(EUROS), 400$ = 348€. I guess there has been a misundertanding as I only recieved 300€ (EUROS) in my paypal account which is likely converted from 347$ (DOLLARS). Transaction id is 922038559. Please clarify.--- Im sending here the ticket and i would also make one for general support-non middleman support, because i think this is more than just about the middleman, its been a month and no one has been replying to my ticket. Again thank you and please look into this case.
