So basically I am about to purchase some trainers that cost £500. I want to refund them but I dont know how I should go about refunding it. Im not sure if a 'box never arrived' or 'box was empty' approach would work because I think everyone has already rinsed this method. I was thinking of doing partial which is fine but I want to see how I could get a full refund. Thanks .
