Bought an item from a building merchant located other side of country. Got delivered today but they didn't leave it so they took it to my local shop for me to pick up. I just picked it up, they did not ask me for proof of ID and i signed it under a false name. I don't think there was any cameras that spotted me taking the parcel either. Is this still refundable? it was delivered by parcel force. Any help will be greatly appreciated and the person who gets me the refund will be rewarded! thanks in advance!
