So i probably love you up somewhere which is unlikely because ive se'd ue a bunch of times although this is my first time with a megaboom. anyways basically i told them that it wont turn on after a day at the pool blah blah, that normally works for boom 2. and the rep said that i had to ship back my defective item and that they were gonna give me a return label. what do i do now. i told them to send the return label to my house. should i get some dry ice or should i wait it out and say that the carrier lost my package. no idea what to do in this scenario... any help is greatly appreciated. skype (average.joe93)
