    Hi!

    So, I've placed an order and paid with bitcoin, I opened a support ticket and middleman messaged and it's been almost a week now and I've been ignored.

    I also placed an order over 24 hours ago using credits that I purchased, the credits have been taken and the middleman has completely ignored me? What is going on.
