He did not disable this program after giving the account to me which resulted in the account being suspended. Soon after the account was suspended, the account email had been changed back to MrTweeT's email and the password was reset, disallowing me from accessing even the suspended account to use the Twitter help desk to get it unsuspended.

I am not aware of a program that does such task. The account ownership was transferred to you and you confirmed delivery then got the account suspended. Emails and phone numbers on a suspended twitter accounts cannot be changed. That's a big lie. Please get your facts right and back it up with proof.
