So, I was trying to sell my account but for some reason they ''locked'' my account and I can't change the email now, they always give me this risk thing. This account is not mine, I bought it 3 years ago, but I was able to change the email before but now they locked and the email in the account is a personal email that I use for more than 10 years and I can't sell the account with the email. I already tried to recover the account by contacting Hoyoverse, but they denied my request and I am now desperate not knowing what to do...
