I purchased a game key from G2A and said it was used. They asked me to go to the game support and provide a screenshot of the date and time of when the game was activated. I activated the game immediately after I bought the key. I can fake such screenshot, but I'm afraid they'll (or the seller) verify it by themselves with the game support and I will be banned and won't receive any refund. I don't know what to do. Do you have any experience with them? Please help.
