      Hello, so I’m having trouble understanding in what status the transaction currently is. I’ve done everything I had to and I keep receiving the same email to activate the order which it says I did. I received a pre middleman startup email but that was before and I don’t know where to go from there

      You are trying to create a duplicate order. You have already activated the order and it's now pending to be started. Do not click on the new activation ticket.

      It usually takes 1-72hrs before the actual transaction starts after the identification/documents have been submitted for the buyer's verification.
