Sold Troops specific Dmg Up 5%, where is that from?

I just noticed lately, my rider/fighter/shooter Dmg Up is at 1.5% and everyone else (at similar HQ level) is at 5%. I cannot seem to find where this is coming from. Can someone help me find it?
