I canceled it and told him to refund me. He asked me if that was my paypal email to confirm who he was refunding then blocked me on discord and did not send the refund.
Could you right click his discord profile to show what # you were speaking with + the payment being sent + dispute being cancelled.

1. PayPal closed your dispute because you filed a false unauthorized dispute. You authorized the charge. PayPal saw you did and closed it automatically. 2. You need to open a NEW dispute with PayPal and file a proper non receipt dispute. 3. We'll wait for @Travis reply.
