    Jordan is out of the office right now. It looks like this morning he messaged the seller let him know what actions he was intending to take here if not resolved. I will let him know you need a reply. Would also recommend you open a private ticket with @Middleman and directly label the subject of the ticket Attn: Jordan so he can get your message.
