    I placed an order with user mathewmj1977 for 12 month Netflix and have had issues with the account periodically being suspended and now the seller says that they cannot provide the product. Can you please organise a refund ?

    How do I cancel my order?

    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation
