@Admin Slayer already making dispute on paypal. How can I to sent her money.
The problem is.
1. I buying account from other seller (not from PlayerUp seller)
2. I sell this account to @Slayer55555 (I don't know if this account have a problem)
3. @Slayer55555 resell this account to @Gnu78 using middleman service.
4. I want to refund slayer money, but him make dispute paypal already
5. The account still on @Gnu78
Need your advice for this problem.

This is small amount money, I want to refund, but him making paypal dispute first. Before I say to @Slayer55555 to sent her money in 1 - 2 day. But I have a little problem with my Paypal.

All im saying @Admin is you might want re think about suspending this user. Im not only one who had issues like this with natsir one left him negative feedback the other didnt report him. He still hasnt refunded me personally i gave him 2 days to make right, what are the chances he's paypal now limited now that people are reporting him?
I want @Natsir Gobel suspened, we also need @Gnu78 to give back the fraud account so he can be refunded.
If natsir can secure the account then i dont request him to be suspened simple as that.@gnu78 still have the account the middleman trade was succesful till we found out @Natsir Gobel is selling bad accounts. My 115$ that should be goin to me now pending once account is secured ill request @Natsir Gobel be unsuspended, but hink he should have high risk this was no accident.This user has been banned for: Fraud - gregsantos111@gmail.com

I'm still waiting on @Gnu78 to hand back the account to you guys or me once i receive my money back you can give the account to @Natsir Gobel .

@Natsir Gobel won't be suspended for this transaction but the negative feedback will remain since they failed to refund the payments on time as they promised. If you don't refund this payment though @Natsir Gobel you will be suspended.
