Is the website got rolled back? My buyer confirmed the delivery somewhere around 20 Nov, but now all the messages on the private conversation since that day are lost. That means, the message saying that my buyer confirmed the delivery (and that he was sorry for the late confirmation) doesn't exist anymore. I asked the Middleman to update the status of the transaction ever since my buyer confirmed the delivery, but the Middleman doesn't give me any response at all. Only after a few days later, the Middleman informed me about the delay in Paypal payment. After that, I changed my payment method to bitcoin and asked him to update the transaction status to which I got no response again. That message from Middleman is now lost as well. I created a ticket asking to update the transaction status (a few days ago, before the website got rolled back/the messages are lost), but the ticket also got deleted. I'm confused now as of what the status of my transaction is and what I have to do now. This is my second transaction via the Middleman, but at least on my first transaction the Middleman informed me that my payment is in queue. This time, I delivered the account, buyer confirmed and there's nothing at all. Please advise. Thank you.
