    Hello 10 days ago my transaction was successfully canceled and "refunded". The transaction itself is no longer visible on my online banking statement, but the money has still not been returned. Please give me back my money now!

    i have been monitoring my credit card balance via my online banking every day and i have never seen the balance go up for the 5.23$ i payed to you guys
