    Doing this job is basically duplicating Paypal money. Doing this you will need to use a proxy server like VPN or anything else.

    To do this Method you need an extra dummy paypal account. I will start off sending a low amount of money to your dummy paypal account, then you will send the money to your real paypal, after that i will claim a chargeback on your dummy paypal and get my money back. The dummy account will be in the negatives and you will still have the money in your real paypal so we actually duplicated the paypal money.
