Please carefully package the Item Trackrs that you will be returning. Additionally, please print out the attached PDF file of the TrackR Return Form and include it inside your exchange package. Please note that if you are returning an engraved TrackR bravo, you will receive a non-engraved TrackR bravo in exchange....what does is that mean?? and they gave me "tracking link for my replacement"
