Yeah so basically I attempted to SE trackr which seems as though it would be an easy task, however I failed the two times. Both were through live chat, first time, I didn't understand how the warranty worked, so the rep just suggested I get a "free" replacement battery. The second time, the lady started asking to check my name on the system or the email address associated with my trackr on the app (which I don't own one). Any suggestions on what I should do?
