If we do not make the weekend round, you can request a refund or next tournament will be free. There are additional charges for banners, the fee to play must be paid prior to the round being played. Any additional charges will be paid after the tournament is complete. This will be completely anonymous and as long as all money is received, after the tournament or tour play, it will stay that way.
