Our clan is looking for a few new members. We are all a very close group of guys who play hard but always seem to have more fun chatting on line. Many of us have been in the same alliances for over eight months. We are currently looking for VERY active new members and accepting applications. We have links to many top 150 clans. We also have multiple Line rooms, including; Team chat room Team event room Team secondary deck room Team trading room Team auction room plus most of us have 10-20 additional trading rooms Please contact sjohns0624 in game or on line. Applicants must.... Be very active Be trustworthy Be on line Be a no drama, friendly, positive player Submit pictures of att and def deck Follow our clan's Code of Conduct (stated below) Interview with clan leaders Fill out a fun 20-answer questionnaire so we can get to know you (It may take a day or so to schedule an interview because we believe that there is no head at our round table of leaders and we want multiple opinions to make sure the new members are a good fit for us...and that we are a good fit for you) All "pledges" must contact me to request an interview with the leaders. Once we meet with you and feel that you would be a good fit, we will bring you into our Line chat room for a day or so which will allow the other clan members to meet you and to ensure that everyone will mesh well. Since this is a long process, it is not expected of you to quit your current alliance until after the "orientation" process is complete. You don't need to have a stellar deck. Many members will be happy to give cards to help out great members. We all try very hard to help our fellow members and the better we do as individuals, the stronger our team becomes. *Please note* - We have finished in the top 150 during the past SEVEN (!!!!!!!) enraged raids (41 Dark Reign, 147 Secret Invasion, 83 A vs X, 126 Infinity, 94 Infinity Gauntlet,126 Civil War, 112 Maximum Carnage). We commonly finish in the top 300-700 during the AvA raids. We make no promises of future rank but will continue to strive for excellence. Not a DC code of conduct. This is being written to ensure that all are contributing fairly. The group was designed with the mindset of providing a safe and trustworthy group for others to learn and develop in. It most be noted that the group is designed for alliance members to have fun. We have some members that are competitive but that mindset doesn't reflect the group as a whole. It is expected that if you choose to join, you agree to abide by this code of conduct. Violations of the code of conduct will result in actions being taken against them by the leadership of the group. Decisions are made based on a majority vote from the leaders. Leaders who aren't present during the time of voting get their votes cast in favor of the individual being discussed. The leader of he group, hernaa29, is simply a figure head and doesn't not have final say. The direction of the group is decided based on a group of alliance members who volunteered their time to serve as group leaders. At anytime, an alliance member can request to have a leader position. Depended on the current state of the alliance leadership group will determine if additional volunteers are needed. Offensive leader positions rotate out after each event. This allows all members the opportunity to get the attack boost. Defensive lea
