@Tom1999 Scammer and Liar

Hello everyone, Ozonee here. I would like to inform you all of a scammer named @Tom1999. I contacted Tom on k:i:k, and told him I was interested in his level 12 account that he is advertising here (Selling - LVL12 CLASH ROYALE ACCOUNT - CHEAP 4+ legendaries 200k GOLD | PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform. He showed me pictures that were not on the thread showing the main screen with gems, coins, and name blurred out. This info will be important later. I ask him for proof that name change is available and he send me a screenshot of a name change with my username in it as proof, but he cropped it so it does not show the gems and other stats on top. I became very suspicious and asked him to provide the image with the gems and other info on top. He then sent me a different screenshot with the name change but in the background was the EXACT same background as the previous image he sent me on the main page with the stuff blurred out. It included the EXACT same size cubes and a little white one in top right. The background was also not blacked out like it's supposed to be, and the edges of the box were black and square. It is a very bad attempt at photoshop. I called him out on it and he changed his story and said he said there was no name change because somebody changed it and tried to scam him or something. I want LEGIT proof so I give him troops to a deck and tell him to do a friendly battle with the cards. I did sparky, ice wizard, princess, royal giant, wizard, fire spirits, and spear goblins. He then sent me an image of the friendly battle and it showed the Royal Giant, Wizard, Spear Goblins, and Fire Spirits. He did not include the dropped legendaries. Another thing to note is it was a level 8 King tower. I called him out on it and he claims the King tower is capped at level 8 on friendly battles. I proved this wrong as I am a level 9 and did a friendly battle earlier with screenshot. I told him to include the legendaries in the screenshot but he refused. After this he called me a scammer. I haven't talked to him since. Here are screenshots below with explanations.

I am requesting a permanent IP ban of this user as it is clear he is a scammer and an avid liar.

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ADD IN THE SCREENSHOT HE SENT ME OF THE FRIENDLY BATTLE LOOK AT THE CLAN NAME THEN LOOK AT THE BIO OF THE CLAN. IT HAS HIS SKYPE AND IT APPEARS HE HAS SCAMMED SOMEONE FROM THAT ACCOUNT

However legitimate the person is, he has posted a Middleman link of $340, for a fellow buyer.
I can't believe he can possibly exploit Middleman.

However refusing to leave and join clan is proof you truly don't own the account. You may very well be a great earning worker; if you truly spent 'thousands' of dollars in the game. Although I can't imagine a person like you pulling this off, you act like a child.

 

I've noticed that too. He is acting like a little kid. I am assuming once it's all done through middleman he would just give a fake account. He does not own the level 12 account. He might think he's a smart kid and give a fake account and it will be all good and think that middleman isn't serious.
