New user to the site, and its quite likely this is not the place to post about this sort of support but i am not going a response from any other channel. I've spent close to $100 on three items, the money was taken instantly but and have received nothing from any of my orders, not even a progress update or single communication from any party. I've: > Prompted for my next actions in the sale threads with middleman multiple times - no response > Opened support ticket with middleman - no response > Uploaded my id three times now which is required for the orders to verify me - no response or traction on my orders > Emailed support - no response As you can imagine i'm starting to lose confidence that my orders will be fulfilled. I can't go on much longer with no forms of communication, just practically sitting here with my fingers crossed. I fear i will eventually have to charge back these transactions with my bank as i do not feel secure/confident in the services here. Thanks, just looking for some clarity in a time of confusion.
