Thread not going up even if I bump it

    Hi,

    My thread doesn't go up even if I bump or even when I first launch it, it doesn't show up top instead it's near bottom. Is there a certain ruling here that maybe I don't understand that's why my thread doesn't go up? Or I need to pay something in order for my thread to go up?

    This is my thread:  Selling -  High End - [GLOBAL] Super High End Game Ranger Equips w/ Good Enchant | PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform.

    Pls let me know.
