My suggestion is obvious. He should be punished for his stupidity and scams. A complete suspension of all accounts is necessary. I will also keep an eye on any new scam accounts he might create. There’s no point in giving him a chance because it’s clear he won’t use it. More than 20 multi-accounts, all accounts suspended for scamming.@
