Yeah he's jacking PayPal's that he claims are "inactive" and using peoples verified accounts with good transaction history to take the fall. I actually don't personally have anything against it as it is scamming PayPal rather than the people and I actually do it myself, its good money, im talking 1000s per day. But I know for a fact its not allowed because when I offered this opportunity on playerup I got myself a neat 5 day ban. I would actually like to show a moderator exactly how this works, so they can see that its not any worse than refunding clothes or scamming Fitbit. Yes, it is illegal of course, but dont believe anyone who says youll get in trouble for this. It's no more risky that SEing items.
