Under Investigation this is my second time im filling a dispute its been days and my problem has not been resolved

    i don't think i would have to ask for help but in my case since i payed him under family and friends by a mistake based on a previous purchase of mine that definitely will not work and also still kind of new to paypal and could provide proof of that too

    and i was told before by a admin to contact the seller but i provided proof that the seller hasn't responded in days

    is their something that can be done ? because the seller hasn't replied to me and cooperated .
