Hey there, Has anyone tried thehut.com (UK)? How did it go? Did you go for a partial refund? Also, what's the situation with the Zara/Urbanoutfitters/Debehams/Zalando/etc. Since ASOS has tighten up its refund policy, I was wondering if those are still any good. Thanks in advance.
