Stole Money The user Tritzzy changed the password of my account and never gave me use afterwards

    I got the account from him and kept him on discord. Soon after, he blocked me there. I still had access to the account, so I didn't care much. He then changed the password for the account. So, I made a new Discord account and talked to him there. He said that I made a 50 dollar purchase to his credit card. Since I use my Nintendo Switch, my credit card is saved there, not his. There is no way that I would have used his credit card to purchase anything, as I had no way to access it. He then said that he will give the account back in 4-5 business days, once his 50 dollars are refunded. He then blocked my on my new account. I also viewed his account on Playerup and saw that he was still marketing and attempting to sell this account to others on 6/29/18 and 7/2/18 even though I purchased the account on the 16th.

    I would also like to note that I was playing along with what he said in the second part, as I had no way to prove to him I did nothing. By the time I learned that I could view the purchase history on my Nintendo Switch, he had already blocked me

    User threatened to chargeback right after the purchase was made. After research that chargebacks are almost always won by the buyer I refused to lose out on the money and the account.

    So as for what happened I stand by my decision. I sell many account and put countless hours into building up the accounts. I will no deal with chargebacks, threats of chargebacks or otherwise. This was the second time i've dealt with people trying to get a free account and keep their money. I have no tolerance for such things.

    That doesn't make that OK. If you were worried about him charging back on the money, you could have just created a post with the evidence you provided. You probably would have won! But now that you have the money and the account, if you don't refund the money, you may get banned. That is considered a "scam".

    I reported it to middleman by using the report button and giving details but never heard anything over a week and a half.
