Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below First, in September 2020 i buy an account from him that cost $700, then i play as Free to Play player that never recharge in the game. Then around March 2021 i started to recharge, but somehow it shows that i cannot recharge and tell me to contact the customer service. Then i ask the Customer Service and he answer me this I already tell the seller to solve this problem but he never answer me, he is a good guy and friendly, but when i asked this he never answer me even i spam his discord, so i started this thread I mean if he not refund his money from the account i buy from him i will never make this thread, i already wait from long time to wait his reply but sadly he not reply my discord, what he need is just recharge $384 in new account from the money he refund and all done. So please PLAYERUP help to fix this problem because $384 is very high for me and i bought the acc for $700 is my saving from long long time (i mean not all people is rich), thanks.
