Just a few days ago, I had to send an important email to a client in Japan. Thinking I’d save a few minutes, I used a free translation website. Big mistake! The translation was such a mess that the client wrote back completely puzzled, unsure of what I was trying to communicate. I ended up spending even more time fixing it and apologizing for the confusion. Never again trusting a free app for that kind of task!
