Just spoke to @Middleman and they confirmed your $25 is secure and they suspended the sellers payment. So you can click CANCEL inside your private and 3 way ticket and they'll assist you further with that refunding that payment. For the remaining charges, we are limited on what we can do to help you but it sounds like you're heading in the right direction towards refunding those Blizzard payments. What's going to likely happen here in the end is: 1). You get all your funds back 2). You played an account for free for a brief timeframe 3). The account is banned and the seller loses everything as soon as Blizzard sees the payments are disputed.
Go into your paypal settings click it and then click the payments below it is Manage Upcoming Payment Click that Preapprove Payments and then click the Blizzard active status it shows you Billing Details below your Billing ID is Status Active/Cancel Click that cancel so that person cannot used your account from buying Blizzard Stuff.

And I call paypal again, they said there is no one using my paypal because other don't know my paypal password. But as we all know, if I already binding an Blizzard account with my paypal in the game, we just need to point the "Purchase" in the game and finish our purchasing, and it don't need to enter paypal username or password. And After I bought the person's account in Playerup.com, I binding my paypal with this account. And later the person stole back his account and used my paypal to purchase things in game without my paypal password. And now, paypal think because others don't know my paypal password, so they can not using my paypal to buy things. And the bank was already approved these money, So I have no idea what I can do now... So sad

Once you linked your paypal on your ig account like Stream/Arc and you tried to purchased any in game items its automatic for the very reason that I mention above you forgot to Cancel the preapproved purchased.Unless you dnt have money on your paypal or you took down the cc or bank account you linked to covered up all the purchased on your paypal.I know your question its not meant for me but just want to share my experience about it and all you could do is contact the game support send a ticket about your problem or file dispute on your paypal using Unauthorized Purchase.Even better just call paypal.I believe you are covered on Visa protection but I might be wrong just try everything you could.
