the guy who sold me account through middleman tries to get account back

    so basically he tries to get the account back, as you see on the screwnshot he sent message to wizard101 (Kingsisle) telling that he cant log in and that he has a screenshots of hes payments and character from a game. Next step I think would be that he will ask to kingsisle to send him a new login info to his personal email address he used before when he provides old payment records and screenshots of the character.

    and lastly you delivered the payment to this user couple days ago and now since he got paid tries to get the account back. seems that he was well prepared.

    Xarnage

    Please also keep in mind that I already spent extra $100+ to upgrade this character.

    Since the transaction was done through middleman, I hope that you have enough resources to take the control of his fraudulant actions.

    Can you explain what are the steps to get the refunds from wizard101?
    I literally spent $124 on crowns and gauntlet to upgrade the character on this account I have a transaction ID's from paypal. And what should I tell them to make sure that account will be banned forever and the scammer wont get any benefits from his fraudulant actions?
